Refund Policy

Eligibility for Full Refund

We stand behind our MEV bot's performance. You are eligible for a full refund under any of the following conditions:

No Profit for 14 Consecutive Days

If the MEV bot fails to generate any profit for 14 consecutive days while running with a funded wallet, you are eligible for a full refund. The MEV bot must be active and properly configured during this period.

Technical Issues or MEV Bot Malfunction

If the MEV bot breaks, experiences persistent technical issues, or fails to operate as described, you can request a full refund. This includes downtime caused by our infrastructure, bugs, or any issue on our end that prevents normal operation.

No Break-Even Within 6 Months

If the MEV bot does not break even on your license cost within the first 6 months of operation using a minimum balance of 1 ETH, you are eligible for a full refund. Break-even means total profit generated by the MEV bot equals or exceeds the license fee paid.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, open a support ticket from your dashboard. Include your license details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review and process your request within 48 hours.

Conditions

  • -The MEV bot must have been properly configured and running during the claim period.
  • -For the 6-month break-even guarantee, a minimum wallet balance of 1 ETH must be maintained throughout the period.
  • -Refunds are processed to the original payment method or wallet address.
  • -Full Source Code purchases: refund is available under the same conditions. Source code access is revoked upon refund.
